How to order

First of all, scan our catalogue to see the details of every product you are interested in.

Then add the product you chose in the "Shopping basket" and the quantity of products you order - by pressing the "Add in the basket" button.  You can choose "change the order" for changing the quantity or for removing the product from the basket – with the help of the button in the right side of the page. The selected product will appear in your "Shopping basket" in the upper right side of the page. For closing your order click on the "Shopping basket" section where you can modify the quantity of every product you chose. If you would like to order some other products, you can return at the products catalogue and finalize your order later.

Attention: if you close the window where the website is active before finalizing your order, the "shopping basket" empties automatically!

For shopping, press the "Finalize order" button and then complete the form with the requested information and then press "Send the order". 

Delivery information

After sending the order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail for a confirmation that comprises the list with the ordered products and the total price. In 3 days from the day you sent the order the available products will leave our deposit through Romanian Post-Office. The special orders will be available for expedition in 5 to 15 days from your order-day.

For rapid deliveries, upon your request, we can send the package by courier. The costs implied by this option are the customer's obligations. For the security of your order, our Company communicates a complete report about the costs and dispatch.

Payments

The payment will be made at the postal office in your residence area at the receiving of the package.
